"Understanding Window of Tolerance in the Sand"

• Sun 7/9 : Connecting to our nerves system & emotional safety in sand for a group/family.

• Sun 7/16: Regulation of body in sand & window of tolerance when sad or mad.

WHEN:  Sundays dates mentioned above from  2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

WHERE: Masjid Abu Bakr 2071 S Parker Rd, Denver, CO 80231

WHY:  We aim to support our community by:

• Providing ACCESS to clinical knowledge & support; 

• Building TRUST between providers and muslim community and the masjid 

• EMPOWERMENT to families and youth
